What does "Research Use Only" mean? +
All compounds listed in our range are sold exclusively for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, or cosmetics, and are not intended for human or animal use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease.
How is purity verified? +
Every batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory using HPLC and mass spectrometry before it's released, and a batch-matched Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available on request for each compound.
Can I see a Certificate of Analysis before I order? +
Yes. Contact us with the compound and batch you're interested in and we'll send over the current COA.
Does a Certificate of Analysis come inside every package? +
Not automatically. A COA is not physically included in every parcel as standard. Instead, a batch-matched COA is available on request for any compound: just ask us for the batch you've received or are interested in, and we'll send the current certificate over by email.
Where do your peptides come from? +
Our research compounds are supplied by Synthara Research in the UK. All testing is carried out by them, and the Certificates of Analysis are issued in their name. The peptides are then supplied under the Platinum Peptides brand. When we send you a COA, it will show Synthara Research as the testing party.
How do I place an order? +
Browse the range, add the compounds and sizes you want to your basket, then proceed to checkout and send us your delivery details. No payment is taken online: our team reviews each order to confirm availability and research eligibility, then reaches out (usually within 12 hours) to confirm your order and payment details.
Who can purchase from Platinum Peptides? +
Our products are intended for qualified researchers, laboratories, and institutions only. Buyers must be at least 18 years of age and are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
How are orders shipped and stored? +
Orders are packed securely and shipped promptly after verification. Compounds should be stored per the conditions noted on the COA/product documentation immediately on receipt.
How quickly is my order dispatched, and do I get tracking? +
Confirmed orders are dispatched within 72 hours. As soon as your parcel leaves us, we send you the tracking details by email so you can follow it right through to delivery.
Is my order packaged discreetly? +
Yes. Every order is sent in plain, unbranded packaging. Nothing on the outside names the contents or references Platinum Peptides, and your details are never shared beyond what's needed to fulfil and deliver your order. Your privacy matters to us.
How can I pay? +
You can pay securely by card at checkout for instant confirmation. Card payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your card details. If you'd prefer, you can send your order and our team will help you arrange bank transfer or crypto instead, usually within 12 hours.
